Responsibilities
- Crafting social media content strategies that align seamlessly with the company's brand identity.
- Developing coherent and impactful content across various social media platforms, encompassing tasks such as composing and refining social media posts, enhancing customer interaction, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Effectively managing a substantial volume of daily social media posts.
- Engaging with social media followers, including providing timely responses to inquiries.
- Designing and overseeing social influencer initiatives, along with participating in social influencer events.
- Utilizing analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook and Instagram Insights to closely monitor and assess the company's social media presence and performance.
Qualifications
- High School
Diploma and Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or
a related field.
- 2 or more
years of social media experience including planning and managing content
in a corporate, or agency setting.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough
understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Experience
using various analytics software.
- Working
knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Multi-tasking
and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be available to work from our office from 15:00 to 23:00.
